James Lau, Chairman

A pioneer in LED lighting technology, James is the Chairman of CLEANLIFE® LED and the founding President of our state-of-the-art manufacturing and R&D facility in Shenzhen, China, which under Jame’s leadership has grown into a publicly traded company on the Beijing Stock Exchange with over 200 employees. James studied English at Beijing Foreign Studies University and has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and international trade.

Justin Miller, Founder & CEO

Justin has lived, worked, and studied in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Japan where he developed an extensive track record in high-tech manufacturing, cross-cultural marketing, and international politics. Justin studied Chinese at Chongqing University and Economics at Miami University where he founded the prestigious China America Business Organization. Justin was named Top 25 Under 35 in Northeast Ohio by the 20/30 Club and has been featured on Fox News, Yahoo! Finance, Seeking Alpha, LEDsInside, Market Watch, and as an investor “shark” on the Cleveland Chain Reaction.

Fred Binstock, CFO / Financial Advisor

Fred Binstock joined CLEANLIFE® in 2017 as the CFO. Fred has worked with various clients as a CFO and Financial Advisor including Wireless Environments (Mr. Beams), TOA Technologies (Oracle), and Radisphere leading to extensive experience raising capital from venture firms, troubleshooting leasing concerns, developing effective strategic plans, and planning financial projections and annual budgets. Fred’s strengths include organizing and directing finance, accounting, human resources, legal and facility management functions. Fred has a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Kent State University.

Jon Koslo, Vice President & General Manager

Jon Koslo joined CLEANLIFE® at the beginning of 2018. Prior to joining the team, Jon had over 10 years of operations, supply chain and business leadership at a variety of companies including Swagelok, TTi Floor Care (Hoover, Dirt Devil, ORECK), Vendors Exchange International, and Kent Displays Inc. (Boogie Board). As General Manager for CLEANLIFE®, Jon is responsible for the company’s North America operations including developing strategic supply chain initiatives, managing facilities and warehousing, and overseeing human resources. Jon received both his B.A. of Arts and M.B.A. from John Carroll University.

Matt Sutter, VP of Business Development

Matt Sutter is the Vice President of Business Development for CLEANLIFE®. Matt oversees all marketing activities and private label sales for the company. Under Matt’s tenure, private label sales have grown from under $100,000 to over $3 million. Prior to joining CLEANLIFE®, Matt worked in finance and compliance consulting and along with Justin, pursued entrepreneurial ventures in China while still in college, culminating in successfully raising $1 million for the expansion of a US regional coffee franchise to China and assisting with the development of a high-tech, low-carbon technology park. Matt has a B.S. in Marketing from Miami University of Ohio.

Craig Miller, Controller

Craig Miller joined CLEANLIFE® in May 2019. Prior to joining the team, Craig had over 10 years of management experience in audit, accounting, process improvement and business leadership at various companies. As Controller, Craig will use his diverse background primarily in the areas of accounting, cash management and financial analysis. Craig has a B.A. in Accounting and Financial Management from Hiram College.

Matthew Cochey, Director of Engineering

Matthew Cochey has spent his entire career in the lighting industry where he has close to a decade of experience. In his role as the Director of Engineering at CLEANLIFE® LED, Matthew oversees all engineering related activities. Prior to joining the CLEANLIFE® team in the fall of 2015 Matthew spent six years at Venture Lighting International where he gained valuable experience in new product development, testing and continuous improvement. Matthew received his B.S.E. in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and as an undergraduate worked as a research assistant where his work with microplasmas was published.

Dennis Nameth, Director of National Accounts

Dennis Nameth is the Director of National Accounts. He is an LED lighting professional who partners with OEMs, distributors, today’s top retailers, development agencies, and many more to help create efficiency in an ever-changing LED lighting world. Having previously worked at Agilite, Dennis has a successful sales track record in the LED lighting industry and was named one of the International Sign Association Elite Young Professionals in 2017. Dennis has a B.S. in Marketing from Ohio State University.

Alex Garson, Director of Sales

Alex Garson is an experienced Director of Sales with a demonstrated history of working in the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry. He started his career at CLEANLIFE® in 2012. He is skilled in negotiation, product development, forecasting, business planning, and operations management. He is a strong sales professional with a Kinesiology focused in Sports Marketing & Management, and a Minor in Business from Indiana University Bloomington.

Gabriela Miniello, Creative Manager

Gabriela Miniello joined CLEANLIFE® in 2016. As the Creative Manager, she works with the marketing department to create effective visual communications for CLEANLIFE® LED’s brands. Specifically, she oversees the design and production for printed collateral, as well as the creation of digital assets and website maintenance. Gabriela received her B.S. in Marketing from John Carroll University, and her B.A. in Graphic Design from Cleveland State University.

Danny DiCioccio, Product Development Manager

Danny DiCioccio started at CLEANLIFE® back in its early stages and has grown and developed with the company along the way. Over the past four years Danny has been involved in all aspects of the company. This has included managing operations, running production, product development, purchasing, shipping and receiving. He also managed many aspects of international production. Later he transitioned to product development manager and is currently working on many new product lines including our new innovative smart lighting.

Steven Oppenheim, Order Management Specialist

Steven Oppenheim has been a team member at CLEANLIFE® since 2016. He has served in a variety of roles, including product testing, invoicing, day to day accounting, collections, financial analysis and planning weekly shipments to customers. Steve is currently working on supply chain analysis, inventory management, as well as supervising the quality control, return/warranty, and in-house production processes. He is a silver medal national trivia winner and former Jeopardy participant. Steve has a B.A. in Religious Studies and Psychology from Case Western Reserve University.

Charles Goins, Warehouse Lead

Charles Goins joined CLEANLIFE® in 2015. He started in electronic assembly and has since moved to doing different responsibilities in the warehouse. As the Warehouse Lead his responsibilities are shipping, receiving and maintaining inventory. Prior to joining CLEANLIFE® Charles worked in property preservations taking care and cleaning out homes that had been foreclosed.

Renee Buckus, Supply Chain Specialist

Renee Buckus joined CLEANLIFE® in 2018 with over five years of experience in the supply chain industry, specifically with companies that dealt in the manufacturing and OEM side of business. She is well versed in the wide scope of international imports and exports including HTS codes and duty rates, as well as specific import regulations for several contries. While she enjoys working in the freight and logistics part of the business, she also has a vast knowledge of international and domestic purchasing and has been influential during her career with negotiating and cost savings. Renee attended Stark State College where she received her degree in Marketing and Logistics.

Krishanda Montgomery, Electronics Assembly Specialist

Krishanda Montgomery joined CLEANLIFE® in 2014. Her day to day tasks consist of kitting orders, running labels and doing first piece on work orders. She helps in testing orders, bagging kits, and assists in quarterly inventory. Previously, Krishanda worked at TCP (Technical Consumer Products), one of the largest lighting companies in the world.

Anttwan Mosley, Warehouse Associate

Anttwan Mosley started at CLEANLIFE® in 2018 as a Part-Time employee before being hired Full-Time in 2019 as a Warehouse Associate. At CLEANLIFE® Anttwan assists in a variety of areas including warehousing, final product testing and production. Prior to joining CLEANLIFE® Anttwan worked for FedEx®.
